Causa:
The EXPLAIN statement assumes the existence of the explanation table and it is not defined in the DB2 subsystem as a base table. Refer to Chapter 5 of
DB2 SQL Reference

For better performance, rebind the plan or package after correcting the statement. To correct the statement, determine whether the required explanation table does exist. If not, create the required table.
